Markéta Zdeňková (CZ)

Markéta Zdeňková is a young singer, guitar player and composer. She has been playing music since she was small, with 13 she composed her first songs with her own (mostly Czech) lyrics. Her music lies on the border of many genres, mostly folk, jazz and world music, and offers many themes like neighbourhood-troubles with a butcher, dark grandmother’s heritage or a meditative journey to the Universe. 

Markéta regularly performs her originals in a duo with a trombone player and singer Štěpán Janoušek, sometimes even in an extended 5 member version of the group (www.marzband.cz) or solo. Except of that, she also devotes herself to traditional jazz, as she has studied jazz vocal at the Conservatory of Jaroslav Ježek.



Adam Wild (CZ)

A fifteen-year-old talented guitarist from Cheb.

Thanks to his father, he has been playing guitar since he was five years old.

Today he attends the Art School in Cheb.

With a taste and quality plays not only classic and gypsy music, but also his own versions of today's popular songs. Individual compositions are adjusted with ease and bravura according to his own musical feelings.

Adam Wild at his tender age holds a great promise and guitar potential for the future.


Martina Míková (CZ) – zpěv/ voice

Martina Míková was born in 1994 in Varnsdorf, Czech Republic. She is blind in her left eye from the birth. She was exposed to music for the first time at the age of 8 (in 2002), when father showed her the 1991 Ozzy Osboune´s „live and Loud“ concert. Ozzy became her idol. Her other idols include Mariah Carey and Beth Hart, the latter of whom she met in person at a concert in Prague. Her beloved instrumentalist is Joe Satriani. She met Joe Satriani and Ozzy Osbourne at a concerts in Prague.

Sheattended an elementary art schoo for 3 years. After comleting elementary aducation, her mother signed her up for a talent audition at the Jan Deyl Conservatory for the Visually Impaired, where she sdudied popular singing now. In addition to singing, she is good at playing the guitar and the piano.


Trio Carlos – Manouche

Trio Carlos - Manoucheconsists of fifteen-year old guitar virtuoso Kája “Carlito” Vlasák, his father Karel Vlasák and multiinstrumentalist Richard “Carl” Cortés. The band arose around Carlito when he started to play the guitar 4 years ago and is devoted especially to the musical style gypsy swing or “Manouche” jazz. whose famous idol is a brilliant guitarist and composer Django Reinhardt.
